Our place is on the second floor of Sainath Apartment, which is right near the Turning Point Hotel in Ulhasnagar. If you know the area, it’s not too hard to find. It’s room number three. We’ve been at this location for a bit and it’s a typical local office setup. Nothing too flashy, just a place where we get the work done every day. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit much if you’re not used to them, but we don't think about it anymore. It gets quite noisy outside with the traffic and the shops nearby, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit quieter. We spend most of our time at our desks looking at paperwork and keeping track of things for the asset management side of things. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, but we’re used to it by now. There are a few of us working here and we mostly just stick to our routine. Ulhasnagar 421003 is home for us. We see the same faces walking by every day and it feels like a real community. It’s not like those big offices in the city where nobody knows your name. Here, we know the guy who brings the mail and the lady at the tea stall downstairs. We just try to keep things moving along and make sure everything is in order before we head home. Sometimes we stay late when there’s extra work, but that is just part of the job here.
