Our office is at Number 4 in the Dwarkadas Apartments. We are based in Borivali East, right near Swagat Hall. It’s a pretty well-known landmark in the Kasturba area, so people rarely get lost trying to find us. The apartment building itself is a bit older, which I think gives it a lot of character compared to the new glass towers. We use the space to plan out different travel arrangements for people. It’s mostly just desks, a few faded maps pinned to the walls, and a lot of travel brochures that usually need to be organized. Borivali is a very busy suburb, and there are always people walking past the building on their way to the station. We’ve been here long enough that most of the local shopkeepers know who we are. We don't really do much advertising or marketing. Most of our work comes from people just walking in off the street or friends telling their family about us. I usually start my day by going through a pile of emails and checking flight rates. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment at all. We take our time to actually talk to whoever comes through the door. Sometimes we sit and chat about different cities for an hour even if they aren't ready to book anything yet. That's just our way of doing things. The area near Swagat Hall gets really crowded when there’s a big event.
