Dessert Tribe Private Limited

We've been over here in Malad West for a bit now, tucked away in the Dheeraj Jamuna building. If you know Chincholi Bunder Road, you know it gets pretty busy with traffic and people walking to the station. We’re up in unit E-303. It's not a huge fancy shopfront or anything, mostly just us working away on the daily orders. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, which is a real pain when we have heavy boxes of supplies to move. Being in Mumbai, it stays warm most of the year, so we keep the fans going and try to stay organized. We started Dessert Tribe Private Limited because we just liked making sweet things. It's usually just us and a few helpers getting the recipes right and dealing with the heat. We spend a lot of time washing dishes and checking the sugar stocks. It is not glamorous work, but it fills the day. The neighbors in the building are mostly used to the smells coming from our unit by now. We try not to make too much noise in the afternoons when people are resting in their flats. Most days involve a lot of packing and making sure things are labeled correctly before they go out. It’s a quiet spot away from the main road noise. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else in the area. Nothing too complicated about it. We have been at this address for a while and the routine stays the same.
