Des Vides Travels

Des Vides Travels is located in Mulund West, specifically in the Arunachal Society at A-13/1-B. We are directly across from the Nisarga Hotel, which is where most people tell us to look when they are trying to find the office. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels quite different from a big commercial block. We handle a lot of different travel requests here, from train tickets to longer journeys. The office is small but functional, with just enough room for our computers and the stacks of brochures we keep on hand. Mulund West is a comfortable area to work in, and being in a society like Arunachal means we know a lot of the people living around here. We usually get in around ten and start going through the emails. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but we get to talk to people about their holidays, which is the interesting part. The noise from Nisarga Hotel across the street picks up in the evenings, but during the day it’s mostly just the sounds of the neighborhood. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It’s just a simple door where people can come in and ask about their travel options. We like the pace of things here. It’s steady work and we’ve gotten used to the way the sun hits the front window in the afternoon. We just try to get the bookings right every time and help people get to where they need to go without any unnecessary trouble.
