DEODAR VIEW PRIVATE LIMITED

DEODAR VIEW PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of the New Cuffe Parade area in Wadala. Specifically, we are in Wing A, room 102 of Lodha Ecchante. It’s right near the Eastern Freeway, so the commute isn't too bad for the staff who live further out. We’ve been working from this office for a while, focusing on our different projects across the city. It’s a nice enough building, but we’re usually too busy with spreadsheets and site visits to notice the fancy amenities much. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just manage properties and try to keep things running as efficiently as we can. Some days it feels like we are just chasing deadlines that never seem to end. The team is small, and everyone wears a lot of hats. One minute you’re talking to a lawyer about a contract, the next you’re checking on a plumbing issue at a site. That’s just how it goes here. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon because it doesn't really fit who we are. We are just practical people trying to build a business in a tough market. Wadala has changed a lot lately, and being part of that growth is quite interesting. We just keep moving forward, one project at a time. No bells and whistles, just the daily grind of real estate and development. That’s the story of Deodar View, just regular folks doing the work every day.
