Our office is over on Motibai Street, right at Rati Villa in the Grant Road area. It is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to find us without having to deal with elevators. We are quite close to Bhatia Hospital, so that's usually the landmark we tell people to look for. Mumbai is a crowded place, especially around here in 400007. Plot-6 is where we spend most of our mornings. We deal with construction projects, which means we are often covered in dust or looking at structural drawings. It's not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and city officials. The office is small but it serves its purpose for the team. We have been in this part of Mumbai City for some time. We know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. Construction in a city like this is complicated because space is so tight. You have to be careful with every inch of the plot. We handle the planning and the actual building side of things. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to suppliers. Sometimes things get delayed, but that’s just how it works in this industry. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the projects we started. It’s hard work, but we are used to the pace of Grant Road by now.
