Delight Chocolates

We are located at 174/180 Kusum Vijay House in Fort. It is an old building, like most things in this part of South Mumbai. Our space is on the 3r floor, which means a lot of climbing if the lift is not working, which happens more often than we would like. The hallways in Kusum Vijay House are narrow and have that old building smell, a mix of dust and history. Working in Fort is different from the rest of the city. There is a certain weight to the area. We spend our days tucked away in our room, mostly focusing on the work at hand. It gets quiet up here on the 3r floor, away from the street noise of the banks and offices below. We are not a big factory or a fancy boutique. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the rain leaks a little through the old window frames during the heavy monsoon weeks, but we just put a bucket down and keep going. We do not have a big sign outside or anything. Most people who come here know exactly where they are going. We like the quiet rhythm of our day. It is not about being the biggest or the most well-known. We just want to make sure we do a decent job in the space we have. Fort is a busy place, but we have found our own little corner in it.
