Deliciae The Dessert Cafe

Deliciae The Dessert Cafe is found in Khar West, right at Hotel Le Sutra at 14 Union Park. It’s a nice little spot in the 'A' section of the neighborhood. Being near Union Park means there is always something going on outside, whether it’s people jogging or just sitting on the benches. We’ve been part of the Le Sutra building for quite some time now. Our space isn't very big, so we have to be organized about where we put everything. It’s a lot of manual labor, honestly—moving heavy bags of flour, washing up at the end of a long shift, and making sure the display cases are wiped down. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together long enough that we don't even need to talk much to know what needs to be done next. We don't use any fancy marketing slogans or anything. We just focus on the daily tasks. Sometimes the oven gets too hot and we have to open the back door to let some air in, and sometimes the sidewalk outside gets blocked by delivery trucks. That’s just part of being in Khar West. It’s a busy, lively place and we are just tucked into our little corner of it. We don't have a corporate office somewhere else; we are just here at 14 Union Park every day, doing the work and keeping the place running as best as we can.
