Del Rico Creamery Llp

Our workspace is right on Boat Club Road in Pune, which is a pretty nice area with lots of trees. We are set up in the Narangi Baug Society, inside the Gulistan building at flat number four. It is an older building that has a lot of charm, though the plumbing can be a bit moody sometimes. Since we are a creamery, there is a lot of physical work involved. You will usually find us cleaning something or checking the temperatures on the cooling units. It is not a corporate setting at all. The office is basically just a room with a few desks and a lot of logbooks scattered around. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. The traffic on Boat Club Road can get a bit thick in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people who come here are suppliers or people we have known for years. The windows in the flat look out over the society garden, which is a nice view when we actually have time to sit down for a minute. It is mostly just about staying on top of the daily tasks and making sure nothing gets missed. We don’t do anything fancy, we just show up and do the work every day.
