Deepali Travels

Deepali Travels has been operating out of Laxmi Nivas in Mulund West for quite some time now. Our office is on Nagar Road, right near the Syndicate Bank, which is the easiest way for people to find us when they get lost. The address in the books looks a bit strange with all those decimals, but on the ground, it’s just a regular storefront where we handle all the travel bookings and inquiries. It’s a busy little place, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the front window and the street outside is crowded with shoppers. We have posters of different places on the walls, mostly to cover up the marks where the paint has chipped over the years. There is always a phone ringing or someone asking about bus schedules and train timings. We don't have a fancy computerized queue system; you just walk in and wait your turn while we finish up with the person ahead of you. It can get a bit loud with the traffic noise from Nagar Road, but we just speak up a bit louder to be heard. We’ve helped a lot of people get to where they need to go, and we do it without any big fuss or complicated processes. It’s a straightforward business where we focus on the tickets and the dates. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around, just a reliable place in the neighborhood.
