Deepak Flowers Shop

Deepak Flowers Shop is right in the middle of the Vikhroli East Bazar. It’s a crowded place, but that’s where all the action is. We get here early in the morning when the trucks arrive with the fresh stock. It’s usually still dark when we start setting things up. The market has been here forever, and we’ve been a part of it for a long time too. It’s not a big shop, just a stall in the bazar like everyone else. We deal with all kinds of flowers depending on what’s in season. You can smell the jasmine and roses as soon as you walk into our lane. It’s a bit messy with water and stems on the floor, but that’s just how it goes with flowers. People come by for their daily prayers or for small functions at home. We know most of our customers by name since they’ve been coming here for years. The afternoon heat can be tough on the blooms, so we’re always splashing water around to keep them fresh. It gets really loud with all the vendors shouting, but we like the energy. We don’t have a website or anything, we just stay here in the market from morning until late evening. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy. We mostly just drink our tea and talk to the people passing by our little corner.
