Deepak Florist

You can find us right near Deepak Super Bazar, just opposite Bhavani Nagar in Andheri East. This part of Andheri is always moving, so there’s never a dull moment outside the shop door. We have been operating Deepak Florist from here for a good bit. The shop is simple and we don’t spend much on flashy signs or anything like that. Most of our day is spent sorting through what the trucks bring in. It's a lot of manual work, lifting crates and making sure the water is clean. Andheri East has a lot of offices and homes, so we get a mix of customers. Some are looking for something for a desk, others need something for a home ceremony. We just keep the flowers in the buckets and let people pick what they like. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small when we have a big delivery, but we manage. The heat can be a problem for the petals, so we are always moving things out of the sun. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a local spot that people know is there. It’s a bit dusty on the road outside with all the construction and traffic, but inside we try to keep things as fresh as possible. That is pretty much our daily routine here. We open the shutters, set out the buckets, and wait for the neighborhood to wake up.
