We are located right here in Shop No 51 on Ghogari Street. If you know the Masjid Bunder West area, you might have seen us. It is a bit confusing because the address also says Kanappanna Agrahara on Hosur Road, right opposite the Municipal School, so we get people coming from all over to find us. Our shop has been around for a bit and we handle things like train tickets, flight bookings, and all that paperwork people need for traveling. It’s a small place, but it gets the job done. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to have a tea and talk to the neighbors. We don't have fancy brochures or a big corporate office. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a computer that sometimes acts up when the weather gets humid. People come in from the neighborhood to ask about passport forms or if there are any cheap tickets to go back home for the holidays. We try to keep track of all the rules changing with visas and stuff because it’s a lot for people to do on their own. The traffic outside can be a nightmare in the afternoons, but we are usually here until late evening. If you are walking past the school, just look for our sign. It is nothing special to look at, but we know most of the people who live around here. We just do our work and hope the internet stays fast enough to finish the bookings.
