You can find us on the first floor of Navdurga Apartments. We are located right behind Pooja Hotel on M.G. Road in Ghatkopar East, specifically on Oghar Bhai Lane. It is a very busy part of the neighborhood, especially with all the shops and people walking by. Being behind the hotel means we get all the smells of the food throughout the day, which can be a bit distracting when you are hungry. We have been based in Ghatkopar for a long time. Our space isn't very large, but we manage everything from here. We deal with various property matters and general business stuff. It is mostly sitting at desks, making calls, and filing papers. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We know most of the shopkeepers on M.G. Road by name. It’s that kind of place. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big logos. We just have our desks and our computers. Most of our day is spent talking to people who walk in or calling back folks who left messages. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we get by. Ghatkopar East has its own pace and we have just become part of it over the years. We keep things simple and try to be helpful to anyone who comes up the stairs asking about local real estate. The office gets a bit dusty but we clean it.
