Our place is out in Asangaon, which is part of the Shahapur Taluka in Thane district. We are situated in the Central Railway quarters, specifically at Rb-3, 25/1. It’s a bit different from your usual office because it’s so close to the tracks and the station. You can hear the trains passing by all day, but after a week of working here, you stop noticing the sound. It’s a practical location for us since many of the people who work here use the local trains to get in. The building is an older style, typical of the railway housing, and it’s got a lot of character. We don't have a big sign out front or anything fancy. It’s just a workspace where we handle the data and technology tasks that come our way. The air is a bit cleaner out here than in the middle of Mumbai, which is a nice change. We usually bring our own lunch or get something simple from the vendors near the station. It’s a very straightforward way of working. No one wears suits or anything like that. We just show up, do the hours, and head back to the platform when the shift is done. It’s been our base for a while now, and we’re quite used to the rhythm of the railway life in Asangaon. Sometimes the power goes out during a storm, but we just wait it out. That's just how it is here.
