We are located in the Mangaldas Building on Mangaldas Lane, right in the heart of Lohar Chawl. It’s the ground floor, unit 1, if you're looking for us. Working in Kalbadevi means it’s always crowded and noisy, but that’s just Mumbai for you. Darshanik Buildcon Llp is a small team. We handle building projects and construction work around the city. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and different sites. We’ve been in this 400002 area for a good while. The building we’re in has a lot of history, and it feels right to be here. We aren’t interested in fancy marketing or big slogans. We just focus on the task at hand and get things done. Developing in Mumbai-Mumbai City is tricky with all the narrow lanes and old buildings, but we’ve gotten used to it. Some days are better than others, especially when the traffic is bad or the rain starts. We’re just regular folks who know how to put a building together. We don't promise the world, just that we'll do the work properly. You’ll usually find us talking to contractors or staring at some plans in the office. Darshanik Buildcon Llp isn’t a huge company, and we like it that way. It lets us stay close to the work. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we do. We don't really know how to do anything else, honestly.
