Darshak Art

Darshak Art is our little shop located in Malad West. You can find us at Shop No 22 in the Gupta Market, which is inside Tulsi Bagh. It’s a very busy market with lots of small shops all crammed together. Our space is quite small, and it’s always filled with our art supplies and various projects we are working on. There isn't much room to move around, but it has everything we need. We’ve been here for a long time and the other shopkeepers in Gupta Market are like family to us. Malad West is a lively place, and there is always something happening in the streets of Tulsi Bagh. We spend our days painting, drawing, or framing things for people. It’s not a fancy art gallery with white walls and spotlights. It’s more of a workshop where we actually get our hands dirty. We don't have a website or do any social media. People just walk by and see what we’re doing, or they hear about us from their neighbors. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy with all the scraps and paint, but that’s just part of the process. We like being in the middle of the market noise. It keeps us energized. We don't have any big plans to expand or move. Shop 22 is where we belong. We just focus on making things look nice for whoever comes in. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in Malad.
