Dark Horse Events & Outdoors

We operate out of Om Gavdevi Ashirvad on Kelkar Road in Dombivli East. Being in Thane, especially in a place like Dombivli, means dealing with the crowds every single day of the week. Dark Horse Events & Outdoors is our little setup here. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls; it’s just a regular room where we keep our files and meet people. Most of our work actually happens outdoors, like the name says. We are often out at different grounds or venues, setting things up and making sure everything stays in place. The weather can be a real problem sometimes, especially during the heavy monsoon rains, but we just deal with it. We started this because we liked being active and not just sitting behind a desk all day. Kelkar Road is usually very busy, so there’s always something happening outside our window. We don't really have a big philosophy or anything. We just take the jobs as they come and try to handle the logistics without too much trouble. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on vendors to make sure they show up. Sometimes things get stressful, but we’ve been doing this long enough to not let it get to us too much. We’re just local people trying to run a decent business in our own neighborhood. It's hard work, but it keeps us busy and we like the variety of the different jobs we get to do.
