We are located in E-101, Ami Raj building on SV Road in Dahisar. It’s a straightforward office where we handle travel arrangements. Most of our day is spent on the computer or the phone, trying to figure out flight times and hotel rooms. It’s not as relaxing as the holidays we talk about. There’s actually a lot of stress involved in making sure everything connects properly. We deal with a lot of different people, each with their own ideas of where they want to go. We don’t have any big posters or fancy decor. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We’ve been in this Dahisar spot for a good while. People from the nearby buildings often pop in to ask about prices. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what’s available and what it costs. Sometimes the prices change while we are talking, and that’s a pain to explain. We aren't a massive agency. We just do our work and go home. SV Road is always noisy, so we’re used to the sound of traffic outside our window. It’s just a regular job for us. We try to keep our records straight and help folks get from one place to another without too much trouble. It takes a lot of patience to get all the travel details right, but that is what we do here every day.
