Dadar is always moving and shaking, so it is a very lively place to have an office. The studio is a big landmark that everyone knows. Our office space is not anything special to look at. It is just a place where we handle the estate consulting work. It gets pretty crowded on the streets right outside our door. Laxmi Palace is an older building but it works just fine for what we need. We have been here in Dadar East for a long time. There is always someone coming or going in this neighborhood. We deal with whatever property questions or issues come up during the week. Sometimes the phones just do not stop ringing. We just take everything as it comes. It has a very local feel to it. We are definitely not some high-rise office with glass walls and fancy carpets. We just have a regular room with some chairs and a lot of folders. People come in from all over the neighborhood to see us. We know the area like the back of our hands by now. Being near the studio helps people find the right turn. The block layout can be a bit confusing for new people. But once you get here it is okay. We just keep doing what we do.
