We have been running things here at the Baldev Kaluram Building for a good bit now. Our office is on the ground floor, right in Santacruz West near the Rani Na Hajira Nake. It is pretty easy to find if you know where the Sai Baba Temple is or if you are familiar with the Manek Chowk area. We spend most of our time dealing with local properties, whether someone is looking for a small flat or a shop to start a business in. It gets quite busy around here during the day with all the people moving about. We aren't doing anything fancy, just sitting down with people to look at what's available in the neighborhood. My cousin helps out sometimes when things get backed up with paperwork. The office is just a simple space where we keep our files and meet folks who need a bit of help navigating the local real estate stuff. It is a lot of talking on the phone and walking around the nearby blocks to see which places are empty or coming up for rent. We know this specific part of town inside out because we have been here so long. If you happen to be walking by the temple or the building, you'll likely see us at the desk. We try to keep it simple and just tell people how it is with the prices and the owners. It's just a regular local business trying to get things done without making it too complicated for anyone.
