D M Developers

D M Developers is located on the second floor of the A Wing in Shop No 202. We are right there in Vile Parle East on M R R Lane. Most people find us by looking for the Dinanath Mangeshkar Hall since it’s a big landmark nearby and easy to spot. The office is a bit small but it works for what we need to get done. We spend our days dealing with building projects and site plans. Vile Parle East is a nice area with a lot going on all the time. We’ve been here at this address long enough that the local chai sellers know us by name. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. Just a regular office where we do our work. We deal with the usual headaches of development like permits and materials. Sometimes things go smooth and other times there are delays. That’s just how it is in this business. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just handle the projects as they come. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the lane below. It’s a busy spot. We focus on getting things built right without making a big fuss about it. If you’re around M R R Lane, you can find us up the stairs. It’s a simple setup. We just show up every morning and get to work on whatever is on the desk today.
