We are based out of Malad East, specifically at Shop No. 2 in Banarasi Mishra Chawl No. 5. It is right near the Tapavan building. Operating from a chawl office keeps us grounded and close to the actual work we do. We handle development projects across the city. It is often quite hectic with all the planning and coordinating required. Our office is a simple place where we meet to discuss what is next on the daily list. We do not go for big talk or polished corporate offices. It is mostly just about making sure the bricks and mortar are moving in the right direction. Malad is a crowded place but we like the energy of the streets here. Pathanw Mishra is where you can find us if you are looking for our spot. Every day brings a different challenge, like making sure a truck arrives on time or dealing with local logistics. We handle the usual stuff developers do. It involves many phone calls and sitting around with rolled-up blueprints. Our team is small and we have known each other a long time. It feels more like a small family than a big company. We just want to get through the work day and see something get built properly. It is hard work but we are used to the grind by now. No big fuss. (227 words)
