Czar Associates

We are located at 17 C/23 in Rustom Baug, which is right next to Masina Hospital in Byculla. If you are familiar with Sant Savata Marg, you will know it is a fairly well-known spot in this part of town. Czar Associates is just a small team working out of this space. The atmosphere in Rustom Baug is a bit different from the rest of the busy Byculla streets; it feels a little more tucked away and quiet. We have got a simple office where we handle all our daily paperwork and meetings. It is not the kind of place with a big neon sign outside. We like the neighborhood because it is central and everyone knows the hospital, so it is easy to explain where we are to anyone visiting. Most of our days are spent on the phone or sitting at our desks. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day just to keep going. The office itself is very functional. We have the usual stuff—files, some old chairs, and a few plants that we try our best to keep alive, though we sometimes forget. It is a quiet place to get things done without too much distraction from the noise of the main road. Sometimes you can hear the birds in the trees outside, which is quite nice for Mumbai. We do not have a marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We are just local people doing our jobs and helping out the clients who come through our door.
