Cygnet Buildcon Private Limited is way up on the 17th floor of Shreeji Arcade, which is on Tata Road No. 2. If you know the area near Roxy Cinema in Girgaon, you know it's always packed with people and cars. Mumbai is just like that. Our office is a bit of a hike if the lift is slow, but it's where we sit and handle all the building plans. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and checking on different sites around the city. It’s not exactly a quiet place because the street noise still makes its way up here sometimes. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, right here in the 400004 pin code area. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with rolled-up drawings and stacks of files everywhere, but that’s just how we work. We aren't really about being super polished or anything. We’re just a group of people trying to get construction projects moving in a very busy city. Lunch is usually whatever we can find nearby, and there are plenty of options in Girgaon. It’s a lot of work, and the days can get pretty long, especially when there are deadlines to meet. We just keep at it, day after day, from our little corner of the city near the cinema. It’s busy, it’s loud, and it’s home for the business. There’s always another building to think about.
