Currently Studing Mba

I am currently studying for my MBA and living in the BPCL Staff Colony over in Chembur. My place is Flat No. 224 in Block No. 26. This area, Aziz Baug, is actually quite peaceful compared to the rest of Mumbai. Most days are spent sitting at my desk with a pile of books and my laptop open. The colony has a lot of trees, which is nice because it keeps things a little cooler, though the humidity still gets to you. Living in a staff colony means you see the same neighbors every day and there is a sense of routine to everything. I have my study schedule pinned to the wall, but sometimes I end up staring out the window at the people walking by instead. It is a lot of hard work trying to get through the syllabus, and my room is usually cluttered with notes and empty coffee mugs. Mumbai is a busy city, but inside this flat, it feels like time slows down a bit while I focus on my degree. I have lived here at Aziz Baug for a while now and I know all the local spots to get a quick snack when I am too tired to cook. The flat is simple, just a standard colony apartment with enough space for my bed and my books. It is not a permanent thing, just where I am at right now while I try to finish my studies and figure out what comes next in my life.
