It’s actually pretty easy to find because we are right next to the Fine Arts Hall. Most people in Chembur know where that is. We are also directly opposite the Vijaya Bank, so that’s another good landmark to look for. Being here in Chembur feels good because it’s a well-established area with a lot of history. The streets around Mansarover Avenue can get crowded, especially when there’s an event at the Fine Arts Hall, but that just adds to the atmosphere. Our building, Crescent House, is where everything happens for us. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or polished reception areas. It’s more of a functional space where the work comes first. Every morning starts with the same sounds of the city waking up outside our windows. Being at this 43/1 address for a while now has given us a good sense of the neighborhood. The neighbors are mostly other businesses and local residents who have been here for years. We like the familiarity of it. When you walk into Crescent Engineering Systems, you’re just seeing a group of people doing their jobs. It’s not complicated. We just stay focused on the daily tasks. The walk from the hall to our door is only a few steps. Chembur can be quite humid, but being inside Crescent House makes it better. We focus on our daily routine without needing much fanfare.
