If you’re looking for Creative Engineering Works, you’ll find us at 115 Acme Indl. Park. It’s tucked away near Tirupati Udyog on 1 B. Patel Road in Goregaon East. Being in an industrial park means there’s always something going on around us. Our unit isn't massive, so we have to be pretty smart about how we use the space. We’ve got our machines packed in, and sometimes it feels a bit tight when we’re moving materials around. The air in the shop usually smells like a mix of machine oil and metal shavings. We don't have any corporate polish here. No one wears a suit, and the office is just a small partitioned area with a phone and a computer that’s seen better days. We spend most of our time out on the floor. We’ve been in Goregaon for quite a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change, but our work stays pretty much the same. We take the blueprints people bring us and we turn them into actual parts. It’s satisfying to see something finished and ready to go. Sometimes we run into problems with a design, or a machine acts up, but we just figure it out. We aren't looking to be the biggest engineering works in the city. We just want to do our work properly so we can stay in business. It’s a simple, practical life here. We show up, work hard, and head home to our families at the end of the shift.
