Our shop is located at No. 205 on Janjikar Street. If you know the Masjid area, you know how busy it gets around Abdul Rehman Street. It’s always loud and there are people everywhere, which is just how this part of the city is. We have been making and selling bags here for a long time. It’s a family thing, really. The shop is filled from floor to ceiling with all kinds of bags—backpacks, duffels, little pouches, and bigger travel gear. You might have to sidestep a few piles of material when you walk in because we are always moving things around. We don't have fancy lights or a big glass front like the malls do. It’s just a practical space where we work and talk to customers. Sometimes we are busy stitching or fixing a handle, so you might have to wait a second while we put our tools down. The air can be a bit dusty from the fabrics, but that’s just how a bag shop is. We know which zips last and which ones break easily, so we try to stick to the sturdy stuff. People come to us when they need something that will actually hold up for a daily commute or a long trip. It’s a simple business, nothing too complicated about it.
