Most people just reach out to us through the email address we’ve had for years. It’s simpler that way. We don't really have a big storefront with a neon sign or anything like that. We handle travel arrangements, mostly focusing on getting people from point A to point B without a lot of fuss. It started out as a small side thing and just grew over time. We spend a lot of our day looking at screens, checking prices, and making sure the dates line up for people’s trips. It can be a bit stressful when a flight gets canceled or someone changes their mind last minute, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know how the system works. We use that Hotmail account for everything because it's what we know. Sometimes we're working late at night because that's when the better deals show up or when clients are finally off work and have time to talk. It's a lot of back and forth. We don't have a fancy office to show off, so we just focus on the actual bookings. It’s practical work. We’ve learned a lot about which routes are better and which times of year are too crowded. We just try to share that info when someone asks. It’s a job that keeps us on our toes all the time.
