Country Club(I) Ltd

We are set up in Bhubaneswar, specifically in a villa over at the Maruti Villa complex. It’s right near the KIIT South Campus, so there are always students and faculty members walking around the area. It’s a bit different from a typical office because we are in a residential villa, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed. We handle the local side of things for the club here. Usually, that involves talking to people about memberships or answering questions they have about the facilities. The villa has a few rooms that we use for different things, and we keep the main area open for visitors. It’s not a big, loud club environment here; it’s more of a place for the administrative work. The garden outside needs a lot of water because of the heat in Orissa, so we try to keep it green. We have some brochures on the table and a couple of desks with computers. It gets quiet in the afternoons when the sun is really hot. We’ve been at this location for a while now and it’s easy for people to find once they know where the campus is. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who manage the daily tasks. We aren't here to do a hard sell or anything. We just provide the information and help out the members when they drop by.
