Council For Leather Exports

Our office is located on the 2nd Floor of Vinmar House, Plot No. A-41, on Road No. 2 in MIDC, Marol. We are right above the Corporation Bank in Andheri East. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so the traffic and noise are just part of the daily life here. We deal with the leather export side of things. It’s not a retail shop where you buy jackets or shoes. Instead, we spend our time handling paperwork, talking to people in the leather trade, and keeping track of what’s going on in the industry. The office is usually full of files and people coming in and out for meetings. It’s a functional space, nothing too fancy. We’ve been in this building for quite some time. Being in MIDC means we are surrounded by all sorts of other businesses. Most of our work involves coordinating between different groups and making sure everyone has the information they need regarding exports. It can be a lot of administrative stuff, which isn't always exciting, but it’s necessary. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a shiny public relations team. We just do the work from our desks in Marol. If you’re looking for us, look for the bank and then head upstairs. We’re usually there from morning until the typical Mumbai workday ends. It’s a practical office for a practical industry, and we just keep things moving along as best as we can every day.
