Our office is tucked away in the Fort area of Mumbai, specifically over at Poddar Chambers on S A Brelvi Road. If you know Horniman Circle, we are just a short walk from there on the third floor. Being in South Mumbai means we are surrounded by all those old, grand buildings and a lot of history. It’s a busy part of the city, especially during the day when everyone is rushing around. Our space isn't anything fancy. It’s just a regular office where a few of us sit and handle the day-to-day paperwork for Cosmos Urbania. We’ve got some old desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit moody, so we end up taking the stairs to the third floor more often than we’d like. It keeps us moving, I guess. We don't have a big reception area or a team of people in suits. It’s mostly just us drinking tea and making sure our records are straight. The windows look out over the street, so we hear the honking and the general buzz of the city all day long. We like being here because it feels like we’re right in the heart of things. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just do our work, talk to the people we need to, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
