Cool Zindagi Ice Cream Parlour

We set up this shop in Jogeshwari West, right at A/001. It's just a small place for ice cream. We've been here a bit now, seeing people come in after work or on weekends when it gets hot. The freezer hums all day. Sometimes kids run in after school and can't decide what flavor they want. It gets messy sometimes with the spoons and napkins, but that's how it goes. We just keep the scoops ready. It isn’t fancy at all. We just wanted a spot in the neighborhood where people can sit for ten minutes and eat something cold. Jogeshwari can get pretty busy, so having a quiet corner helps. The lights stay on until late. Most people around here know where we are by now. We don't do anything too complicated, just the usual flavors people like. Sometimes we run out of the popular ones and have to tell customers to wait for the next delivery. It's just me and a couple of others helping out. We keep the floor swept and the glass clean as much as we can. It feels good when a regular walks in and we already know what they're going to order. That’s just how it is at Cool Zindagi. We're just here doing our thing day in and day out. I remember when we first painted the walls, it took way longer than we thought. The color didn't look right at first but we kept it. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to chat even if they don't buy anything. We like that. It makes the day go by faster when the shop is full of voices. If you're walking past A/001, you'll see the sign. It's nothing special to look at but the ice cream stays cold.
