Cool Uncle Ice Cream

We are based in Kandivali West at the Profit Center, Shop G-38, right in the Mahavir Nagar area. It’s a lively part of town with lots of food places around. Our shop is called Cool Uncle Ice Cream. We chose the name because it felt friendly and easy to remember. We have a small space with a few freezers and some pictures of ice cream on the walls. It’s a family-run business, and we spend most of our evenings here. Mahavir Nagar gets really crowded at night, so that’s when we do most of our sales. It’s fun to see the groups of friends and families hanging out. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we just serve different types of ice cream and shakes. The blenders make a lot of noise, and sometimes we have to shout over them to hear the orders. We try to keep the place looking decent, though the posters are starting to fade a bit from the sun hitting them through the window. It gets pretty cramped when more than five people come in at once. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people. It’s just us scooping ice cream and chatting with the neighbors. Sometimes we experiment with new flavors if we have extra ingredients, but mostly we stick to what we know works. It’s a good little business that keeps us on our feet. We usually stay open until midnight to catch the late crowd.
