Continental Contractors

Continental Contractors is based at B-5 in the Madhava building. We are located right in the Bandra Kurla Complex, or BKC as everyone calls it, in Bandra East. This area is usually packed with office goers and heavy traffic, but our specific spot is tucked inside the building where it is a bit more manageable. We have been working as contractors for a good while now. Our office is a place where we keep all our project files, maps, and site photos. It’s a functional space. We have a few large tables where we can spread out big blueprints to look at them properly. Because we are in BKC, everything feels very fast-paced around us, but inside the office, we try to keep things steady and methodical. We don't have any shiny brochures or a polished reception area. Usually, the phone is ringing with calls from site supervisors or suppliers asking about deliveries. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the office and the various construction sites we are managing. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, especially when we are nearing a deadline for a project. It’s a lot of juggling schedules and making sure materials arrive on time. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years with all the new glass buildings going up. We just stay focused on our own contracts. It is hard work, often involves long hours, and things don't always go according to plan, but we deal with the hiccups as they come.
