Consolidated Realcon Private Limited is located in Poonam Chambers, which is part of the Shiv Sagar Estate in Worli. Our office is 102B on the first floor of the North B wing. Worli is a major hub, and being on Annie Besant Road puts us right where the action is. We work in the real estate sector, but we don't act like those big fancy firms. We are just a team of people trying to make sense of the property market here in Mumbai. Every day brings a different set of challenges, from dealing with local regulations to visiting different plots around the city. Our office is a bit lived-in, with files everywhere and coffee mugs on the desks. We think that’s a sign of actual work being done. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress people with corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a deal is good, we say so. If there’s a problem, we fix it. Being in Worli for so long, we’ve seen the skyline change quite a bit from our windows. We’ve stayed pretty consistent through it all, just focusing on our projects and keeping our heads down. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
