Our office is tucked away in Dombivli East, right near Model College at Nav-Prajakta CHS, R.H.16 in the MIDC area. Dombivli is a bit of a trek for some people, but it is a solid place to be for a local business. We handle air travel services here. Mostly, that means we are sitting at our desks booking flights and sorting out travel documents for people in the neighborhood. It is a small operation. We do not have a big corporate setup with fancy lobbies. It is just us and our computers in a regular room. People from the local area stop by because they know we are here and it is easier than trying to do everything online themselves. We deal with a lot of questions about visa rules and luggage limits. It can be a bit tedious, but it is just part of the job. The MIDC area has its own rhythm, and being near the college means there is always a bit of life and noise around. We have been in this building for some time now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We just want to make sure the tickets are right and the travelers know where they are going. We do not have any fancy mission statements. We just help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. It is a local business.
