Coneng Constructions Private Limited is located out in Sangola, at house number 2295. If you know the area, you know it's a bit more relaxed than the big cities, and we like it that way. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while, focusing on local construction needs. It’s a family-run feel here, even if we are a private limited company on paper. We don't have a glass office or a fancy sign out front. Most of our work happens out on the actual sites, so the office is mostly for the boring stuff like payroll and permits. The people who work here are all from around the Taluka, so we know our neighbors. We started this business because we wanted to build things that last in our own community. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk because that’s not who we are. We just tell you what we can do and then we go out and do it. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, or supplies get delayed, but we always find a way to finish. It’s just how things are done in Sangola. We’re proud of being a local business and we don’t feel the need to act like we’re from Mumbai or Pune. We’re just Coneng, and we’re right here if you need us. No frills, just honest labor and a lot of concrete and steel.
