We are located over in Santacruz West, specifically in the Rameshwar Co-Op Housing Society. It’s C-54, right on S.V. Road, which anyone in Mumbai knows is one of the busiest stretches you can find. Concorde Designs Pvt. Ltd. has been tucked away in this building for quite a while. Being in a residential society gives the office a different feel than being in a business park. You see neighbors going about their day, and the security guards know everyone by name. The noise from S.V. Road is constant, but after a few weeks, you stop hearing the horns and the buses. We have a small space where we manage everything. It gets a bit chaotic during the rainy season because the entrance can get a little flooded, but we manage. Most of our days are spent on calls or looking at layouts. We don’t have a big reception area or a fancy coffee machine. We usually just make our own tea in the little pantry area.
