CONCEPTION BUILDERS LLP is right in the heart of Madanpura on Maulana Azad Road. Our office is 234/A on the first floor of the Nagree Compound. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always busy and full of life. There is a constant sound of traffic and people working outside, which you just get used to after a few days. Our office is not a modern, polished space. It is an older building with a lot of history, and we have shelves full of folders and old city maps. We do a lot of the planning for our building projects right here on the first floor. It is a challenge to build in such a crowded city, but we have been doing it for a long time. We spend our mornings visiting different sites and our afternoons here in the compound dealing with the technical side of things. There is no corporate vibe at all; it is just a group of us sitting around desks trying to figure out the best way to move forward. We often have our lunch together in the office while we talk about the next steps for a project. We are a local business and we know the people in Madanpura well. We don't have any flashy advertisements or big slogans. We just focus on the bricks and the plans and try to do honest work every day.
