I started this whole thing after finishing up my studies back in 2007. It has been a long time since then, and things have changed a lot in the way people look for help with their academic work. I mostly work through my email, which is why the rediffmail address is what I use for everything. It is just me here, really, sitting at my desk with a lot of books and old notes from when I was still a student myself. I do not have a big fancy office in a mall or a high-rise building. I just do my work from home and keep things simple. People usually get in touch when they are stuck on a difficult chapter or need someone to look over their research data. I have been doing this for over fifteen years now, so I have seen almost every kind of problem a student can run into. It is quiet work, mostly just reading and typing away for hours. Sometimes I miss being in a big office with other people to talk to, but I like the freedom of managing my own time. I try to get back to everyone as soon as I see the notification on my computer. It is not a big business with a marketing team, just one person who knows a lot about the academic process and likes to help out where it is needed. I keep my records in folders on my desk and try to stay as organized as I can.
