Comfort Tourist Service

You can find us at Room 11/17 in Chirag Nagar. We are right there in Ghatkopar West, just off Triveni Road. It’s a pretty busy spot, mostly because the Ghatkopar Police Station is right nearby, so there is always some movement or people walking past our door. We’ve been operating Comfort Tourist Service from this small room for quite a while now. It’s not a large office, but it fits us just fine. Usually, there are keys sitting on the table and maps or notes scattered about. People stop by to ask about routes or just to say hello. The area gets quite noisy during the day with all the rickshaws and the general bustle of the market area, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the vehicles. It isn't always smooth sailing, sometimes things get delayed or the traffic is just too much, but we deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate entity. We are just local people trying to help other folks get where they need to go. If you are around Chirag Nagar, you’ve probably seen us standing outside during a break. We like the local vibe here even if it's a bit crowded. It’s just how the work life goes for us every single day.
