COMBO LAND DEVELOPERS LLP

Our office is on the 10th floor of the Raheja Center at Nariman Point. It’s right on Journal Marg, which is usually quite a busy spot. We operate under the name Combo Land Developers LLP. Working out of plot 214 means we're right in the middle of all the Mumbai noise. It’s a small space, mostly filled with files and some old maps of the city. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at land papers. It gets pretty hectic around here, especially in the afternoons. Getting to work is a bit of a commute for most of us, but this is where the business happens. We handle different types of land projects across the city. Sometimes it feels like there’s never enough time in the day to get through everything. The elevator in this building is always crowded. We’ve been here for a bit now, just trying to keep things moving. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a handful of staff trying to figure out the next steps for our projects. You might see us grabbing tea downstairs between meetings. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with regulations. Mumbai is a tough place for land stuff, but we know our way around the local rules. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It’s a living, and we’re glad to have the space here.
