Columbus Travel & Service

Columbus Travel & Service is a small place in Kandivali. We are situated on 3rd Road at Rajni Kunj. It’s a typical neighborhood travel office. We have posters on the walls and a couple of computers where we look up flights and train tickets. It’s not a very big space, but it’s where we do all our work. Kandivali 3rd Road is usually busy with people walking by or going to the market nearby. Rajni Kunj is an older building, so it has that lived-in feel to it. We don't have a team of hundreds, just a few of us who know how to navigate the booking systems. Most of our day is spent on the phone or waiting for websites to load so we can get someone a ticket. People from the area stop by just to ask questions about where they can go or how much a trip will cost. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell them what is available and what the prices are looking like. It’s a basic service. We have been here for a while and we know the local crowd. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in to plan a trip, but we manage. We just keep track of the bookings and try to make sure nobody misses their flight. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening in this little corner of Kandivali.
