Cocovey Homes Private Limited

We set up Cocovey Homes Private Limited over at Thakur Complex. It is right off the Western Express Highway in Kandivli East, which makes it easy for the staff to get in, though traffic is always a mess around here. Our office is in the Manglam Apart building, specifically at the C/2 Wp Bunglow spot. It's a pretty busy neighborhood with lots of people coming and going all day. Most of us have lived in Mumbai for years, so we know how these housing projects go. We spend a lot of time at our desks or out looking at sites around the city. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the paperwork done and meet people who are looking for a place to stay. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy because of the highway being so close, but you get used to it after a while. We have been here for a bit now, handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a home-focused business. There are plenty of tea stalls nearby where we take breaks and chat. It's just a regular local operation, nothing too big or corporate. We show up every morning, check the files, and see what needs doing for the clients. Being in Mumbai City-Maharashtra keeps us on our toes because things move fast here. We just try to keep things organized in our little corner of the building and make sure the files are in order.
