It’s just a few of us working together. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. We just focus on what the client needs and try to make it happen without too much fuss. Tilak Nagar is a nice place to work from. There’s a good sense of community here. We often meet people at the local cafes or just have them over to the office to talk. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to fix them on the fly, but that’s just part of the job.
