We've been at Unwala Compound in Kurla West for a good while now. It’s Building 44, specifically Room 11. If you know Pipe Road, you know it gets pretty busy around here. Mumbai traffic is what it is, but we manage. Most days involve just keeping up with the work coming through the door. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get things done. Being in Kurla means we are right in the middle of everything, which helps with getting parts or meeting people. The room is a bit small but it fits what we need for Cmi-Fpe (I) Ltd. Mumbai. We usually start early before the heat really kicks in. Sometimes the rains make the road outside a mess, but that’s just life in this part of town. We’ve gotten used to the noise from the compound and the general rush of the area. It feels like a real community here, even if it's just a bunch of small businesses packed together. We don't have a big reception area or flashy signs. Usually, someone is just sitting at the desk handling the paperwork while others are busy with the technical side. It’s straightforward work. We don't try to be something we aren't.
