Getting to the office at Centrum House involves some stairs or the lift to the third floor. We spend most of our time here in Vidyanagari looking at computer screens and talking on the phone. It’s a normal office, nothing fancy. Sometimes the tea guy is late, and that’s the biggest drama of the morning. People come in looking to go somewhere else, usually for a break, and we just try to get the dates to line up. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The desk is always covered in printouts and old itineraries that didn't work out. It’s mostly just making sure the transport matches the hotel bookings so nobody gets stuck. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Just chairs and a couple of desks where the work happens. If you walk past the building, you might miss us unless you look up. Parel and this part of the city get pretty loud during rush hour. We just sit here and do the paperwork. It’s not like those glossy magazines you see. It's more about double-checking flight times and making sure names are spelled right on the forms. Every day is pretty much the same routine. We answer emails, take a few calls, and go home when the sun goes down. It works for us and keeps things moving. There isn't much more to it than that, honestly. It’s just us here on the third floor doing our jobs and getting things done.
