Cloud 9 Events Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Vile Parle East. We are located at Tejpal Scheme Road No 5, specifically inside the Goapl Niwas building. It is a local neighborhood, and we really like being a part of it. Working in events means our office is often full of random things like fabric samples, old decorations, and tall stacks of clipboards. It can get a bit messy, especially when we are right in the middle of planning something big and everyone is moving fast. We are not some massive agency with a shiny glass building in a corporate park. We are just a small team of people who like putting things together and seeing them happen. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or running around the city trying to find specific items we need. Vile Parle is a good spot because we can get to different parts of the city relatively easily, though the Mumbai traffic still catches us out sometimes. We do not really do the whole "corporate" thing here. We are more about just getting the job done and making sure things show up on time. Sometimes things go wrong, a vendor is late or the weather does not cooperate, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That is just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve been here for a while now.
